Sustaining a pulled muscle, I reached out online for someone to help me. Lukas at the Holistic Health Corner answered. I suffer from bone degeneration and my lower back and shoulder have been giving me issues for awhile and my nervous system is in overdrive. Finding someone who is intuitive to my pain and can pinpoint the sources of this is invaluable. I've been seeing Lukas for a good few weeks now, and with a combination of muscle manipulation, therapeutic massage, dry needling and cupping, I've noticed a huge difference in the motion of my joints and in the lessening of the pain, making my every day life so much more bearable! I highly recommend Lukas for massage he is very professional and highly skilled in his craft of healing modalities. I chose Lukas as my osteopath recommended him so I came with confidence that he would be capable.Lukas also has a beautiful heart and creative abilities which I think compliment his craft. I write this after my 2nd 2 hour massage and have booked in for a 3rd. I find the 2 hour allows time to move past the superficial layer and my body benefits from the deeper work enabled by allowing 2 hours.

I went into my first appointment with an open mind. Lukas had asked about my health and what I would like to achieve as an end result - for me this was relaxation. His hands worked like magic on my hips and lower back and I had felt a great release in my neck - something I haven't felt in a long time. Unexpectedly I had discovered he uses Reiki with his treatments too - my body reacted to this quickly which aided in my body calming down and relaxing swifly and getting the full benefit of the massage. Lukas uses his hands and intuition when he works on his clients - every person is different and has different needs.I have already booked for my next appointment and am looking forward to it!

This place is by far the best place in Auckland to go to if you look for clinical massage therapy. Lukas is internationally trained and highly skilled. The clinic is clean to the highest standards and the reception is friendly and helpful. And there is free parking. Lukas not only is a qualified massage therapist, he also offers nutrition consultations, yoga therapy, and reiki. 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you.

Had my first massage with Lukas today and it was AMAZING! I've had alot of massages and this was one of the best I've ever had! Lukas has a great way of making you feel completely relaxed while also relieving muscle tension. I felt completely safe during the whole massage and he was conscious to ask about my body, injuries and anywhere I didn't want to be touched beforehand so I knew I was in good hands. The massage table he has is also the best I've experienced, I usually start to feel uncomfortable on my front during massages but was completely comfortable for the whole hour today! I highly recommend getting a massage with Lukas and am looking forward to my next one already! Thank you so much :)

I highly recommend Lukas for a sports style massage! I am a circus artist and it is often a challenge to find someone who can give me a massage who understands my body type. I felt super comforted/excited to hear he had worked with circus artists before and also a range of other athletes. Lukas really works with your needs and as an athlete who understands my own body well, I felt like I could also steer the massage in a way that would benefit me the most. Lukas has a wide range of skills in massage from therapeutic massage to dry needling and all sorts in between which I appreciated as I think a multi-angled approach to massage is super beneficial. I've seen Lukas three times now, mostly focusing on a shoulder injury that I have not had much luck with resolving through physiotherapy. My range of motion is slowly coming back to it's baseline and I always leave Lukas in high spirits about the healing pathway of my injury. Lukas is a fantastic holistic therapist. His knowledge is extensive, however what is more impressive is his ability to put you at complete ease and comfort.
