I went in last week to submit some forms and have them scanned to my file. The receptionist's attitude was very unprofessional and the tone in which she spoke was as if to intimidate. I found her to be quite unpleasant.

This must be a truly horrible experience if you need assistance. Lucky I was just there to pick up a document. The absolutely worst possible attitude from counter staff. Like an emotionless fish. No smile no eye contact no personality. Less than a few words and filing in disarray. The friend I was with started to have a psychotic episode based on attitude of staff. Lucky I had psychiatric nurse with us as security started to gather to take down my totally harmless friend. I hope I am never in need of winz help as the concept of service is alien to these people

About five or six friendly security guys and just two clients at reception. The receptionist lady knows what she is doing. Can't wish any better.
