Always excellent service, Claire is the best.I went into Specsavers to make an appointment, to be told by a young sales person, that I couldn't get my eyes tested, I had to wait till next year. I was very disappointed that she said that,as she didn't know my circumstances.

I have always had great glasses from Specsavers, but with my eyes changing (have always been very long sighted), I had to look at some other options.The service I received from Liam (the manager) was second to none. The effort he put in to help me get what I needed, was very much appreciated.I also found the other staff I dealt with, very friendly and helpful as well.

Sales staff was new but very friendly. Did not oversell...which is a major issue for me at other retail stores.Optometrist was great, very patient, listens well. But still very efficient time was.

Always get great service here with plenty of choice when it comes to choosing a product, and it's the reason we've been coming back over 10+ yrs now (oh and the prices aren't too shabby either!)
