Simply Jute had amazing customer service, great communication and efficient with the design + timeframes from when we ordered to receiving. I was emailing with Mel and she was great help! Would definitely go back for any other bags we may need!

We came across Simply Jute on Google while searching for a new supplier of tote bags for our Day Spa in Queenstown. Mel was so helpful in providing options and sizing for what we needed and super fast at responding. The bags were manufactured based on our design specifications which meant the printed design was able to span across the full width of the fabric (from seam to seam) which we couldn't find from other suppliers as there's usually an artwork boundary limitation due to the fabric being printed on post-manufacture.She kept us up to date regarding shipping and delivery timeframes and we managed to get our order in time before the Christmas rush!The bags are exactly what we were looking for and we'll be ordering another batch for our second brand!Thanks team,Body Sanctum Day Spa
