To the staff of trust house housing decision. A BIG THANKS. I rent a trust house home. I keep hearing about bad landlords here in Aotearoa. My expience is every different from the general manager to the newest staff members . The care and compassion is awesome. If I had some feedback it would be for contacting staff. They seem to be out for a quick buck. Some of them make you feel they look down on you. And expect you to work with them when they want. Not often give notice But other then that I'm every happy to pay my rent for the great service and are every happy with my home

No concept of what someone who is disabled needs. A ramp that is too narrow for a chair, that then turns at 90 deg and magic's itself up 2 six inch steps thru a door too narrow for a chair, into a hall to narrow for a chair, with a bathroom and toilet too narrow for a chair... Is not really suitable... Yet we were told by Msd this was our best option, and congratulated by the minister on getting this unsuitable house.
