Cant thank these guys enough for their amazing service. After having car trouble on route to Whangamata from Hamilton we popped into Toyota at Paeroa after hours, even interrupting their Friday beers! but they were still more than happy to assist us and installed a new alternator so we could get on our way. purchased a top of the line highlander off an Auckland dealership as they are just down the road. After a crack in the windscreen developed and the local dealer refused to be of any help, I contacted Valley Toyota on the recommendation of family and my insurance company. A new windscreen was sorted within thirty minutes, i had already spent two days on the phone and one visit to Toyota NZ, Auckland city toyota and smith and smith. They also replaced my radio after Auckland city Toyota refused to fix it, this was after it kept locking up while receiving hands free calls.I now drive within five kms of two Auckland city dealerships, plus four other Auckland Toyota dealerships on the way once a year to get my car serviced by a company that takes pride in its work and customer service.

I have to say my experience with the Service Department was great. They are an exceptional team who was willing to go the extra mile to help and get to the root of my cars problem. Thank you so much for your help in fixing the water leak in my car.

They sorted my Hilux out after we encountered some troubles on our road trip passing through Paeroa on a Friday afternoon. The staff have been brilliant. Following a major fault in my Land Cruiser they very quickly got me in to do the diagnostic on the engine which meant the fault was identified and parts ordered. Thanks Logan and your team.
