We got the building inspection and moisture testing done prior to the Auction for a property we recently bought. Sam was absolutely professional & very fast in responding to any queries. Most importantly, the comprehensive report he made was very genuine and easy to read along with pictures of every corner of the house included in the report. Since the report we got was very accurate, we were confident while bidding and won at the Auction. Overall, we were very much satisfied with the service we received from Right Home NZ at a reasonable charge. Highly recommend their SERVICE!!!

Sam is brilliant! Highly recommend him despite being a little pricier, you pay for what you get with Sam. His report is over 50 pages long and goes over the home with a fine tooth comb. I feel so much more secure in my decision having read this report.

Sam was a pleasure to deal with from the start. He gave me a quote almost immediately after contacting him and was even able to schedule an appointment for the next day. He sent the report on the same day and it was incredibly comprehensive while also being easy to follow. Sam will gladly explain things in detail and answer any questions you might have, it is clear that he is very knowledgeable and experienced in his trade.
