Bought a new lawnmower and it was 50 bucks cheaper for the same model than any where else and very helpful staff gave me a hand to put it in the car

Well stocked and competitively priced place. Seems like they could do with a couple more staff as they’re always busy, especially with the drive-through.Knowledgeable staff that help when asked

Staff were very helpful would have got 5 stars if I hadn't got two different prices two days apart for the same timber

7 people sitting around a table in the middle of bathroom fixtures in the invercargill store.me looking at them looking at taps then me looking at them, waiting not one meet or great not one offer of help.In the end I call out to the girl unpacking shelves in a different area to ask for a hand, since these oh so important other worker can not get off there seat to help a customer right infront of them.she tells me to ask one of them, at this stage a lady finally gets up, then is completely condescending. My backs up by now.im really annoyed and more so that the company I'm building my home with buys all their fixtures from you. I'll be seeing If they can find it through a different company. Invercargill srore totally need to work on you customer services, you have zero!

Yeah i think staff could brush up on customer service to be honest.I have do wonder if Placemakers really doesnt give a toss about their public retail side - they are more interested in the Trades!

Couldn't find what I needed there but the salesperson advised me where I could get what I wanted.

Super nice ladies helping with Kitchen design, Gemma and Robyn you are amazing! So patient and friendly and always happy to help me with questions about anything related to the kitchen even if I ask the same questions 100 times or change my mind. Thank you.

Nice clean store with people interested in help .Bought some sika tubes.Excellent in my opinion
