Haven't been here for some time, but they always did a good coffee.Today tried a few and it was awful. Bitter water is the only way to describe it. No coffee flavour.They did prepare me a replacement but it was exactly the same....Guessing it must be the beans or poorly trained baristas.Will not be returning. :-(

Very dry muffins, used to be really nice, so is a shame it's not as good anymore. My sister ordered a chocolate frappe which was just milk and chocolate syrup. Mums hot water for her tea wasn't even hot, just lukewarm. My hot choc was the only nice thing I think. Won't be back.

Bad service. No one at ounter and staff seemed not interested in serving. Ordered 2 teas - got given a coffee mug and a tea cup. Milk was in a tiny cup instead of a milk pouring jug. Asked for muffin not to be heated - came heated. Wrap tasted ok but lettuce looked very tired - probably not fresh. Not many people eating there at 1pm - there's an obvious reason. Used to be good but will avoid in future

Terrible Latte didn't even have any foam or froth on top just burnt liquid with a few foam bubbles. Had better from an instant coffee machine at a gas station and can definitely make better myself at home. Muffin was average, not amazing. Wouldn't go there again for the price they charge.

Great Coffee, snacks and light meals are served here, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall pleasant experience and has a very relaxing atmosphere when you sit at the tables adjacent to the service centre.Went to enjoy a large Cappuccino and a Espresso Coffee and White Chocolate Muffin, great light meal.Good and friendly service.....................................................We have not visited our normal Muffin Break eatery for our Thursday coffee date for some time. Wow, what a shock with totally new staff on duty. It was not a pleasant experience with the staff when we placed our orders.When I then returned to get our order of Large Cappuccinos, a date Scone and Spinach Muffin (they were cold after asking for them to be warmed up)When I spoke to the young lady who served us about it, she was extremely rude to me and said that she did warm the eats, very strange as they were cold.She then took them, stuck them in the microwave oven for about 10 seconds, and then just slammed them down onto the tray in front of me. I addressed her bad manners and attitude towards me, and she turned her back on me and walked away. When I took the tray, she stood on one side, continuously coughing into her green mask she wore.When we ate our treats, what a horrible experience as they tasted very stodgy, totally no flavour, and you could actually taste the weird flour used for baking.We could not believe that the great place we have been visiting over the years has become a totally horrible experience, definitely not a eatery I would ever recommend to anybody again. We will definitely look at another coffee outlet in the mall in the future.

Not happy with the cappucino I ordered. Looked like it was prepared in a rush. Not worth buying at a price of 6+ dollars. I would recommend going to a small business instead where they are focus more on quality than quantity.

Terrible service from the Manager, I saw her treating personnel really bad… besides that I saw some cockroaches around. I would recommend this place to be revised for any health entity.
