I was expecting better from H&M to be honest. A lot of people I know shop regularly from here so decided to give it a visit as I was looking for a leather jacket. The men's section had very limited variety. Prices were okay but there was nothing that caught my eye. The fashion seemed very average. Staff members were not very welcoming and seemed heavily dependant on one other for the simplest of queries. I was tossed from one person to another. Customer service can be so much better. Not impressed!

H&M is an affordable better quality brand. Is it located inside the Silvia park mall. Has got a ground floor and 1st floor. Mostly Men's items are in the 1st floor. The lady who was there today (11/Apr/2022) was really nice and good in her customer service. Nice and pleasent shopping experience as always with H&M.

Theres a guy working there walking around with transparent pants with a gstring clearly showing through with the pants stretched to the max over his buldge. Disgusting to think H&M allows staff to dress in such an inappropriate way, there are families and young kids there. I overheard two parents say, ' what the hell is going on here', they looked really upset. Its 10am in the morning in a mall, not 3am on K-road.

Sumit was so unfriendly and actually just rude. He looked like he did not want to be there and even ignored me when I asked him a question. Maybe he needs a permanent holiday

Big stores, lots of range.Can get great deals.Most times deals on women's clothing is great.Even full price clothes are less than any major store.

Well spaced store. Very modern and flash. Good range as well. I found it to be expensive compared to the Christchurch outlet. Hardly anything on specials. Can get extremely busy during peak times.
