Great service from from the first phone call. A really helpful friendly bunch that delivered us and our bikes all the way from Invercargill up to Wanaka. A great trip, well driven and without any issues. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I used catch a bus service to and fro Invercargill-Bluff. It was convenient and easy to book, loved the service of the team. Mina is amazing and a great guide too :) she understands the need of her customers. Best wishes!

Amazing southern hospitality. Even though I repeatedly messed up my booking Mina was extremely helpful and courteous. Running a door to door service has many logistical challenges and catch a bus south does an incredible job.

Abysmal to non-existent communication; superb driver. Firstly, Kerry the driver was excellent in all regards, personable and expert in his profession. The issue was the lead up to the transfer. I emailed (the address on the website) 2.5 days to confirm a pickup location. I hadn't nominated it on the booking as I didn't know where I would be. No response. I had no phone ability but do have data via an esim, which is fine all over the world. Went into the Dunedin information centre and they called on my behalf but no response from Mina. After repeated calls they got through. She said she would respond later. Did not happen. So emailed next morning. No response. Then I had to park in the information centre again for the afternoon until they got through. It took about 2 hours (I had to leave and come back), so 2 days wasted. I had a connecting flight so needed to make sure the transfer was on. So, their communication is via email or phone, but both are completely unreliable and virtually unresponsive. A guy the day before was not picked up because they reversed the cities. The destination became the pickup. You have the drivers but not the the administration support behind to run the show competently and manage the bookings.

Best bus experience I had yet! Easy booking online and got a telephone call back to optimise some details about the travel. Driver very friendly, clean bus and reasonable prices. Very individual door-to-door pickup/drop-off possible. Would definitely use again.
