Booking was scheduled for 12:00 and at 12:20 still no one had arrived or called. When I called to follow up they were not apologetic at all and did not care. Not professional at all.

Guys were friendly and did a great job and now my garage doesn't flood. Thanks for new drain pipes and nice concrete paths in Dinsdale area.

Everything that I asked them to do and the plan that was made did not happen. They destroyed my driveway. Striped wires to see it they were live and then left them. Cut thru other wires on my property that I had showed them where they were. Took 2 weeks to fill in a hole. There is more stuff they need to finish but I just don't want them back on my property. Avoid at all costs. Bloodly hopeless

After about two months of waiting for an appointment for my fibre install we finally had someone come, look for 5 minutes and tell me another team had to dig the fibre tube in. A week later civtech came again digging a massive hole and not finding what was in their plan. Instead of investigating the issue two other teams came, dug up the same piece of lawn and left. Instead of connecting our fibre, they chose to leave and ignore me, leaving half the lawn missing and no fibre. Now I’ve got a heap of grass missing and no returning calls from the civil team. Went to 5g wifi as that was the only option. Only giving 2 stars because the customer service on the phone was nice and the only motivated part of the company.

I used the team from Civtech for a tricky fibre install here in Christchurch. The techs turned up on time and thought outside the box for solutions when there were issues when getting the duct to the properties. Will be calling them again for other jobs when I need a team that listens to the customers and spends their time finding solutions rather than problems.

Civtec were very good to deal with, with our recent fibre installation. On time and efficient. Final install was done by Pranav who was excellent.The Sanctuary Rototuna Hamilton

Worst experience ever. would not recommend this company at all.Extremely poor communication, the manor of the call taker at the service desk is appalling and rude. zero respect and basic customer service skills are out the window. waiting for a tech to come back ands finish the job that they started. have made contact with the company multiple times to see what's going on as none has contacted or even tried to make contact, then told the project is on hold for a minimum of 10 days due to an error on their installation. 10 days has gone by and still no contact from civtec. I finally make contact with them AGAIN and was rudely told by the operator that you can wait another two weeks before we get someone there. If the job was completed correctly the first time i wouldn't still be sitting here waiting 3 weeks later. I DO NOT RECOMEND CIVTEC.

To the team from Civitec who came to deal with our problems involving water, ground and tomo in our gully. A 'deadly' combination!Like all jobs, as the digging began, the job became bigger and bigger as each new problem appeared (out of the ground!!). But not daunted our gallant team conquered all so all our difficulties are now conquered ! :)I just want to say publically, guys you were fantastic, you have left our sections better than they were before, because you got to the nub of the problem (no surface patch over). And all this done with professionalism at every level, and very good humour when yet a new challenge (problem of course) arose. TTo you all, guys - thank you so much.Rachel and Paul

Very rude customer service. They need to train their staff on how to talk with customers. Its true civtec has lobby as they are the only provider in their area, but still customers need a polite respeonse when they come to know that their appointment was cancelled after waiting for 2 months and nobody from Civtec bothers to inform the customer. Highly disappointing not recommended

Had an appointment but half hour later still no one. Called and lady on the phone had a its not my problem" attitude! An hour after the appointment they got to the property.When the technician arrived he actually was not the one appointed the job in the first place.I am a property manager and cant sit around waiting for an hour"
