Levin KFC have digital signs that advertises they are open from “10am-10pm every day”, but get there at 6.45pm and they say they close at 7pm. I appreciate they’re worked off their feet in this industry, but I recommend they change the signage to reflect actual opening hours to avoid disappointed customers.

Went thru the drive thru at 6.40pm Friday night to be advised that due to closing in 20 mins we don't have any chicken left only burgers, which was fine as we only wanted 2 burgers with combos. When I got to pick up our meal, was shocked to see them filling up a bucket of chicken as was originally told there was no chicken left. In our order, we ordered a large combo & only got given small chips. Abit disappointed in the service there, especially lying & not giving us fully what we ordered & ya certainly pay alot for it too. It was a shame as normally we haven't had a problem.

First time for me at this KFC in Levin.Chicken was cooked well. Nice and juicy. Portions where smaller then what I have had before. How ever try that is s sign of the times as I have not had KFC for a number of years. Prices have also climbed since I was last there. I think they call it inflation or something like that. How ever did enjoy the chicken. Nice and juicy.

Freshly cooked, crispy, juicy and yummy, perhaps the best Wicked wings I ever had. If you happen to pass by, try it, you won’t regret.

There chips were pretty good and chicken sandwich combo was very tasty and I got right before they closed and food quality was still very good and still hot and was served very fast also very happy with my order and very helpful workers too.I highly recommend the Levin KFC and have only had great service the few times I have eaten there so try it out it's good.Hayden.

If I could I would give this restaurant negative stars! Absolutely disgusting behaviour last night (22/5/23) at 6.30pm! Lady knocking on the front door and you completely ignored her and proceeded to hide in the kitchen. You claim to be close at 7pm due to staff shortages and laugh at a man because he asked a simple question (at the drivers window) as to why you were closed while your team laughed away. You mocked him and proceeded to tell him he was stupid! The man talking to this customer had long hair and was only tied up in a pony tail (with no hair net on). Utterly disgusting and you wonder why you have staff problems look at your workers.

Terrible, do not leave without checking your order. Absolutely useless with getting orders right and in a timely fashion. Be prepared to wait for ages and then to also be given the wrong food. Definitely do not recommend. Been here multiple times with similar results every time. Will not be back.

Jeepers the air conditioning was in full swing inside. It was freezing, we ate fast so we could get out into the car! Apart from that, everything else was great.

If there were zero star options I would have selected them. Placed an order online for delivery, after over half an hour we got an email saying our order has been cancelled. No reason, no apology, no courtesy whatsoever - whats more we have to wait several days to get our money back.Levin KFC is a complete joke.
