Rubbish check-out machine, charged me twice for one transaction. Rang them 3 times about it and finally I was told to bring the receipt in person for a refund. To correct their mistake I will have to drive for 2 hours so I gave up. Fixing their mistake on my cost seems really unfair and unreasonable to me. Don’t waste time and money in this shop.

I was Viewing the Lego Section of the store And A staff member came Up to Me and asked me if I had just rode a skateboard down the isle. So I replied no because I didn’t do it. And Also I’m from Christchurch and have never been here so I don’t even know we’re the Skateboards are. And Then the lady says Says Are u sure and Then stairs at me.

I went to palmerston north kmart and one of the store manager's accused me of stealing and then trespass me. I made a complaint about this and they won't overturn it. 100% need more training for there staff.

Very tidy and well laid out aisles. Huge queues for checkout on weekends but clears well. Stationary is cheap as chips. Great Party stuff for birthdays etc..

All you need is here. Great relation price/quality.It has big parking at Plaza shopping center, 1st hour is free.Opening time from 8:00 am to midnight 7 days a week. That's great to early or late shopping.Usually it's tidy and easy to find what you are looking for.The music is nice. Classics from 80's and 90's that I love.A lot of automatic tills. The line to pay (that it can ve long) run very fast.

Don’t get me wrong. Kmart is great. But this store has let me down on stock so many times. And if they say it’s coming back in stock soon, don’t hold your breath.
