Went here to get some purple peeka boo highlight, my first ever trial at hair colouring .it cost me 286$ for 4 foils of purple and full head black (I already have black hair). The peekaboo streaks don’t look mildly purple. They are hardly visible a week later and looked blue when initially done. I was quite unhappy, however after two weeks I got a call from Tala who cut my hair in beautiful waterfall layer(which I love) , she promised she will fix my streaks free of cost. I went back again and she gave it her best. Although not fully purple it looks really nice. I am very thankful that Tala and Rodney Wayne made the effort to undo the damage. You’ve earned a loyal customer.

I have been coming here for over 10 years and the quality and service have deteriorated considerably. Last time they did an ok job and the service was lack lustre however I thought that may have been the employee so I gave it another shot.Unfortunately I was let down and I won’t be coming back. 6 months ago I paid $120 for the same service, this time I was charged $220. Not sure if the price rise is due to inflation, covid etc but it was a fairly average product and experience for that price point. No attempt to upsell services or products either

They are patient and helpful. They are friendly and welcoming. Very genuine and they personalize

Had a lady who claimed to own this store come to my gas station to purchase a vape. She after I do not know how many puffs each vape had told me I should know it and that I work at the “bottom of the food chain”. She then had a long rant about how much she hated the very nice homeless people who often sit outside our store quite peacefully and told me I need to remove them from the front of store because they p*ss her off. She continued to loudmouth at me for 5-10 minutes in front of her son at 1am in the morning because her vape was broken and she needed a new one.

Just been to Rodney Wayne for the first time in many years and I will definitely be back after I saw how they went above and beyond for a young Mum who had no choice but attend her appointment with her two very young children. We definitely need to normalise that childcare is hard, even if you have lots of resources, people get sick or busy at the last minute, so as a community we just need to step in and help when we see a parent trying to juggle it all, and that's exactly what the staff at Rodney Wayne did - so that this Mum could have her haircut and leave the salon having had a little bit of self-care. The staff were amazing and even more respect for the Mum, she managed the situation like a boss.

I booked to get my hair done after having a terrible hair cut yesterday from a different company. I was booked in with Shivi, she was absolutely amazing and the sweetest person to talk to, i will highly recommend her to everyone that is in need of a haircut. She was so thorough and explained everything perfectly! I definitely have found my hair dresser and will not go back to anyone else! My hair looks perfect again i couldn't thank her enough!Thank you so much Shivi ❤️

Came in here for a haircut like 2 weeks ago. Got a haircut by crystal and she did such a good job and also fixed the mess that another person had made from a different place. She’s very good with mens cut especially if you have long hair but want it looking neat and clean. I’m usually very particular and picky but crystal did so well and I would highly recommended her. Thank you.

My recent trip here was not the best unfortunately the colour I have ended up with is far from what me and my old hair stylist that was there has since moved were working towards and massive parts of my hair snapped off and the stylist at the time didn’t even tell me so I won’t be returning and will be finding a new stylist and salon to fix my hair massive waste of money. They also to appear to be extremely over worked and short staffed. Can no longer recommend this salon.

Just really want to share my gratitude to the young lady Ruta who did my hair for a xmas function. Super lovely, super patient and she really did an amazing job. Hope this message reaches herShe was very gentle with my hair all the way.
