Not the easiest place to visit.Need a Showroom/Front Counter for clients hiring equipmentinstead of waiting in the foyer.Sign In/Wait in waiting area/No Reception areaDisappointed that you can't view items before hiringDon't want to pay for something that's incorrectHired a REA AZALEA tilt-in-space wheelchair, a few times.I was unaware that I had to hire the cushioned seat for the wheelchair. I assumed it automatically came with it.Wheelchair required allen keys for headrest adjustments(none were supplied)Was not asked whether the wheelchair would be used indoors or outdoors.Self propelled (easy indoors and outdoors)vs transit (not adequate for outdoors)I have used both and it does seem to make a difference.Lack of clarity around pricing vs days used.

Says online they're open Saturdays! Been on hold for the last 1 hour! If you’re not open do not advertise you are!!

Horrific experience - mum was discharged from hospital and equipment supplied and delivered for her release was supposed to be ‘installed’. Delivery driver refused to assist despite the equipment receipt specifying installation was to be supplied. Terribly difficult (impossible) for a 77 year old pensioner to be able to install 12 bed leg raisers on his own. This company does not deserve any government contract for supply to people who actually need help. Disgraceful.

This companies van was driving recklessly and beeping while behind us 'LJD24' had a cord hanging out the back of it aswell possibly damaging equipment. Gave me major anxiety

Terrible service every step of the way. Through delivering to the wrong address, to re-delivering at a completely different time than stated without a prior phone call, to significant delays in replacing faulty equipment for a dying person. The one hand doesn't talk to the other hand. Avoid at all costs.

No stars in my opinion. Terrible service. Invacare tried multiple times to collect a shower chair from my house. Was advised someone would call to let me know what day it will be collected, the only call I received was when a driver turned up, (of course the chair was not outside since I received no ph call to organize a pick up day). The driver said I need to call the office and reorganize a time, even though i told him he can collect tomorrow. So I decided to leave chair outside for a few days--to no avail. Never received a call ever to say when it will be collected. I would only receive a call to say a driver was there, where was the chair? To which I responded, I was not told when it would be collected so I left it inside the house for safety, until I receive a phone call to arrange a pick up day.Today a driver went to the wrong house to collect chair -- not the house it was even delivered to. I advised him I will now leave chair on my doorstep permanently, if it gets stolen, so be it!! This has been going on for 10 days now!

Hired a wheelchair for a month, but it was poor communication and customer service. I've been told that I can make a payment at the end of the month. However they called me again that I have to make a payment weekly and forced to arrange collection date. I was very frustrated how they handle this situation. Not going to deal with in the future.

Horrible service. Woke up to find a commode for someone else Delivered to my address by error. It was sitting in the middle of the driveway, in the rain with no covering. Found an invoice for the commode lying on the wet concrete. Had to call them multiple times and hassle them to pick it up. No one ever answered the phone so I left numerous messages. No one ever returned my calls. I Felt sorry for the poor person who was in need of the commode sitting on my driveway in the rain.
