Nice gym, good layout and it has everything you need. The manager ben is nice and always gives acknowledgment of your arrival and departure, a nice personal touch. Thanks mate!

Basic but good gym. Facilities are pretty clean. Staff are so friendly and if you come here enough they definitely get to recognise you and make an effort to say hi.

Jetts Miramar is a great branch but not a fan of the company as a whole.The Miramar branch is clean and tidy, has all the basics and is generally pretty quiet which I like. 24h access also a bonus. It is a bit small but easy enough to go when it’s not busy. The treadmills turn off if you stand on the sides/get off which is annoying for trying to do sprints or tie your shoes.There are no group fitness classes.The staffed hours are pretty short and inconvenient if you need to talk to someone.The company and especially the payment system is incredibly frustrating. Cancellation can only be done by email and they can take a while to respond. I pay by weekly direct debit, but there’s no consistency to when payment comes out (could be a tuesday, wednesday, thursday or friday). This immediately results in being charged double bc I never know when the payment is so can’t ensure I have money in my account. At this point I’m being charged double almost every week and it’s not worth it

Love this little community at Jetts! I feel so welcomed and definitely keeps me coming back for more. Highly recommended!

Nothing against Jetts Miramar. The company as whole seems evil and dishonest. Termination can only be done by email. I've been to the local branch and that is what I was told. Email for membership gets response saying they are busy and they will respond in order. Phone doesnt get picked up.So you are going to keep charging people while we patiently wait". That is called stealing."

Nice and tidy gym

Clean and functional. 24 hour access for members is always a huge selling point. Would appreciate a general shampoo/body wash for the showers.

Only visited once because I got too lazy to workout during the week. But it's a cool spot and very clean. It doesn't have punching bags which for me is the only downer. Besides that, I recommend working out here.
