All Secure Self Storage Auckland Airport

I organised a U-Tow Trailer which was to be picked up from All Secure Self Storage Auckland Airport. I booked it online the day before. When I arrived they were expecting me which was great. Charlie helped me to login to the U-Tow Kiosk and helped fit the trailer to my car. I had a removable tow bar installed but hadn't tested it yet and discovered that it didn't fit. Charlie helped me to try fit it which we couldn't and I had to go to a local garage to have it grinded. When I returned Charlie helped again and we got it all fitted. Thanks Charlie.

I stored my vehicle and things here when I had to leave overseas for a family emergency. The night before I was leaving, my car was in a hit and run and got totalled. I was a wreck scrambling to deal with this all and get my vehicle to storage and these guys were so awesome. They made the whole ordeal much more bareable as I sorted everything while abroad. I sincerely appreciate all their understanding and help during a very stressful time in my life. Thanks again!

Great well organised team. They sorted me out on short notice for a competitive price. Facility seems very safe and secure. Great location with easy site access. Clean, tidy and well maintained.Will definitely use them again. Would recommend without hesitation.

Since the new manager started I've had nothing but disappointments. Had the best experience here up until the manager left was replaced by self-confessed manager of the year" that supposedly has been with the company for decades but can't be bothered to respond to my emails or keep me updated with my account. She told me that she wasn't bothered to read my email to the end when I was asking for.a breakdown on pricing for two units - not what I expect from the manager of the year and I wasn't sure why the cost per unit has to be a secret. Been with these guys for 5+ years and was told that I can be easily replaced as a customer when I asked if there was a chance to get some assistance with rent control during the covid lockdown - so awesome.Wish you guys nothing but wellness. Hope you get the customer service in check though

Definitly worth 5 stars great customer service, friendly and helpful staff, easily accessible storage facilities which are very well presented with state of the art security system, along with other extra awsome services great and competitive prices. Well recommended to those looking for a good deal and a variety of options to store belongings

Awesome customer service, clean facilities. Easy access, Great place for storage. They also have trailers for use which is great for people with no large transport. Will be back again in future.
