I would like you to pass on a compliment to Melissa who was in the self check out area last Tuesday She was so helpful and patient with me in getting out cash and payment at the same time I wanted more than the $60 dollars allowed per transaction and she showed me how to do it in two goes. Being in my eighties these things are quite a challenge but she put me completely at ease.. I would have sent this sooner but by the time I got home I had forgotten her name ! so was so glad to see her there this morning.

Good low prices. I like the wide aisles. But it would be great to have a person standing around, just there for people to be able to ask what aisle something is in.I like the self check out area, with heaps of machines so less queueing - very welcome!

Not a bad experience today - but their junior staff aren't taught how the pricing system works - and it took several askings before a more senior staff member was able to explain that the tills could correctly apply discounts even though the ticket printers in the deli couldn't. Watched the till like a hawk to ensure that the sausages were processed properly!

We went to shop on Saturday 15 October,2022 at 10:45, the cashier lady at counter no.5 was rude to us by her voice tone and face acting. She’d better to do another job where doesn’t need to have service mind.

Only been here once but based on their excellent background music I'll be back for more.Also is a step-up from the usual pak-n-save experience with regard to store tidiness and product layout.
