Love working with First Contact!Great people and a variety of different types of security roles/jobs/events.Nothing like getting paid while working at amazing events and concerts :)

Management acted all friendly upon employment, Made my friend do well over 70 hours in a week and told him if he didnt accept the shifts he would not get anymore shifts for the length of his employment. They try to hire people as contractors" so they dont have to meet certain obligations and put those obligations onto the employee.Furthermore upon terminating employment was asked to write a positive review so they could get "more employees".The below comment by Lisa Fink is a employee that is above supervisors hence the very "positive" review"

I contacted First Contact for an assignment requiring both sensitivity and discretion. They took the time and really listened to my concerns and my needs. They asked a lot of specific questions which gave me the confidence that they were being extremely diligent about my safety as well as the safety of the general public and the safety of their staff. They gave me bespoke advice with rationales for each strategy. In other words, this company gave me trust that they are thorough in their assessment of human risk and they know what they are doing. When I had further questions, they made me feel comfortable about getting in touch and they were continuously responsive from the first point of contact, right through to after the job had been completed, seeking feedback regarding services provided. Any company that asks for feedback and is as responsive and as attentive as these guys are, deserves high praise. They evidently care about their clients, their industry, their personnel, and their customer experience journey. The actual services delivered were flawless, wherein the security guard assigned to my case was approachable, flexible, friendly, professional, and prompt. Highly recommend. Thanks so much folks.

Great little Security company. Training is always above and beyond anything else in the market. Wouldn't have been able to get my Level 2 & 3 qualifications without their commitment.Cheers Team
