Diamond Nails

Don't recommend this place. This was my second experience with them this year. Perviously I went there I was standing for more than 15 minutes nobody came to serve me they were staring at me but nobody step out to serve. Now second time I went I was standing for 5-6 minutes the lady with short hair came out I asked Her I want know their prices list only. She said come tomorrow we closed they have open sign on the window I said I am here only want to ask the price she said come tomorrow I asked while saying again no and no you can just tell me price It will take only few seconds she said we close. I left from there they locked the door and run away but there was Red OPEN sign still hanging on the window. Don't waste your money for poor and unprofessional service. I will never go back and never recommend to anyone.

Nice lady’s, decent nails, try to give you what you want.

First time at the salon and love my nails! Jenna did such a great job. All the other girls were lovely too.The only con was the wait time. I waited for over 25mins.

Special thanks to Mai for this set! ladies are always super friendly and chatty, and are definitely talented at what they do! couldn't recommend coming here more, there may be a wait sometimes but definitely worth while if you're wanting a good quality set that'll last till your next appointment!

Had my nails done here the other day and love them just wish I didn't go with french tips..

Was able to book in last minute for gel nails. Though they do not do anything fancy like ombres, jewels, or designs, the final design was still perfectly done and looked very cute. I liked how precise the lines were for the French tips and the added bit of sparkle to make them pop.

Diamond Nails Nelson came highly recommended and they didn't disappoint. Very precise, high quality and fast!

Booked an appt for 9am and was the first one there when they opened. I still ended up waiting an hour to get my pedicure done as they just kept on taking people as they walked in. I sat for ages with no one doing anything on my toes. And when I did get attention to my toes, the girl was quite rough and ended up cutting me and I bled. Eventually got pedicure finished and on to my SNS nails but ended up being there nearly 2 hours!! There was no apology for keeping me waiting even though I had booked an appt. When I went to pay, the price had gone up again! The last 3 times the price has gone up even though I had the same thing done each time. When I mentioned this, said I was unhappy and that I would go somewhere else next time the girl walked off halfway through me talking about it and ignored me. My advice is there are lots of nail places around, so go elsewhere as I wouldn’t recommend these guys. They just want your money and give bad service and don’t care!!

Amazing service.Both myself and my 16 yr old daughter loved the care and attention of the staff.We love our new nails. We'll definitely be back.Five stars for sure!
