Have using this place for number of years for WOF and basic servicing, recent unpleasant experience was due to: verbal quote over the phone for replacement tyres have doubled when it came to pay for it. Very disappointed will need to find another place now. My advise if you going for servicing your car there take quotation in writing to avoid blowing up the bill.

Currently my local. My first impression - day one was lost. Made a telephone booking - surprised no details were taken from me other than my name and date confirmed. However when I turned up no booking. The guy on the day was apologetic and we quickly made a booking for the next day.He may have done it that day but the guy who does the WOF was off, so very customer friendly. The service the next day carried out - very professional - advice given re what would be needed next time. Great price. Car moved across the road on a side street as they have limited space in their fore court. Despite my first impression re phone booking - I have booked another vehicle in for a service in a couple of months. Impressed.

Took i20 Hyundai for a service and wof. Professional job. This was my first visit. Will definitely use this company again. Good value.

Been coming to hoon hay auto motive for years now and have never had an issue. New management took over about a year ago and the work ethic is still the same. Definitely will be a life time client. Thanks for the service

First time i have used Hoon Hay Auto Friendly person in reception. As i waited for the WOF she engaged in conversation. Appointment was at 10am took 20mim exactly the time that I was told it would take. Will be getting further WOF here and service here in future.

I had issues with my car, rang up and was able to take my car in first thing the next day. Super friendly service and reasonable price. Thanks!
