The ATM at this branch retained my previously functioning Canadian Wise payment card. The branch is closed 5 days a week. Another branch said they cannot do anything (although they seemed to try to help). Their policy is that retained cards that are foreign are destroyed. This is highly inconvenient and seems unnecessary. Frankly, BNZ Frankton, one star is too many.

Online it says that the branch is open but we go and they are closed and apparently only open on Monday Wednesday and Friday. Really need to update opening hours. Very inconvenient

What do you have to do to get into a bank these days? Record profits? No wonder, it's because they provide half the service the used to!
