I have come here over the years for an occasional cigar and I have to say regardless of the changes in front staff, the people fronting it are so nice, 'people-person' types. Management seem adept at picking the right people.

bought a bottle of vape juice for $35 yesterday. it was murky and flavourless. when i went in today i was told i cant have my money back. i cant even have another bottle of the same juice.. only offered a $16 bottle of juice.. after spending over $200 here this is the worst service ive ever had. wont shop here again
