Very professional. He answered all my questions kindly prior to scheduling an installation. I had TV wall mount installation and it's done beautifully. I'm not the best photographer but it is perfectly leveled and cables are well organized.

Like so many other reviewers, I found Blue Star Connect to be an exceptionally good service, from the initial communication, in which details of my project were carefully and fully discussed, with options and pricing given, to communication of dates and arrival time, and then the job itself, which involved removal of an very tall old TV aerial, careful testing of free view aerial or satellite options, benefits/ issues of each in my particular location discussed, then installation of a free view aerial with amplifier. He even pointed out a much better location, compared to the old location, for where to put the TV outlet in the lounge. All work was done carefully and methodically. I have just received the invoice which is very reasonable. I had contacted 2 other TV aerial contractors closer to my local area who were not prepared to remove such a tall old TV aerial (Suren made it look quite straight forward however, doing it by himself). He was also prepared to travel from the other side of the city to do my job. I am yet another 100% satisfied customer.

I had 2 tvs mounted - before and after photos here. Suren at Blue Star Connect is really good at his craft, knowledgeable and friendly. Great communicator and transparent, he walked me through end to end process at quote stage and at installation he was thorough, checking in on our preferences on mount height etc.Very satisfied with his workmanship. Having them mounted has made a big difference to our viewing experience and I feel it has improved the room’s aesthetic. I was so impressed with the service. I called just before noon on a Saturday and Suren came in the afternoon. He explained what the process was and how much I will be paying. He suggested options for me. Now I dont have to pay monthly subscription for what I need. He mounted my TV after overcoming some issues on the wall. Suren was very easy to talk with. I recommend him to anyone needing this kind of service
