Airpark Parking

Our driver to the airport was fantastic. Entertaining and efficient. Pick up on the other hand was absolutely hopeless. We ended up stuck at the international terminal (at 11 pm) for over an hour. We called twice and were told a shuttle comes every 20 minutes. That obviously didn’t happen. And after we finally were dropped back to our car we noticed the shuttle had parked in a car park and not going anywhere. Really disappointing.

I've been looking for another place as good as Air NZ parking since they shut down and I've tried EVERY place since. This is the only place that's come remotely close until tonight when the driver failed to turn up. Waited 50mins and called 3 times to them telling me the driver has just left and was 10min away. When he eventually turned up he was rude as anything like it's my fault he's late. Absolutely unacceptable.Other staff were absolutely lovely, helpful and honest the last 3 times I used them. This one particular, entitled staff member needs a good foot up the a**.I cannot understand why it's so difficult to run a park and ride facility, properly in Auckland. Out of all of them available now, this is the one to go for, despite tonight's experience.

Awesome. Easy to drop your car off! Shuttle to the airport straight away. Coming home shuttle was already waiting. No hassles. Definitely will be using this parking service every time I fly from now on. So impressed!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Waited 40 mins for pick up. Go for aero park or one of the others that come around regularly. Hopeless

5 Stars to all staff!! We received a friendly, professional and prompt service. The website was easy to book, got to the office, picked up the key to enter without any hassles. Then our driver most cheerful lady who made us feel very welcome. On our way back, we called and the lady advised that it will take 20 min, well it only took 5 minutes for the driver to get to us, so don't leave your post just in case... or at least keep an eye for the driver. Easy return of keys. The whole experience 10/10. Highly recommend this company.

Great staff and service. From online booking to reception and shuttle drivers. All are friendly and the car park service is setup in such a way that you will be in and out quick with least contact. Car park is spacious and has security camera and metal fence boundary. The rates are cheapest compared to competition.

I wouldn't recommend using them if you arrival back to NZ is in the evening. we waited over 30mins for our shuttle, while a different company had multiple shuttles come by where one even saw us twice and asked if everything was OK. when the driver finally arrived, he never got out and told us to get in the van with our luggages even though there's a trailer attached to the van for this specific purpose. This must be a safety concern. we had to hold on to our luggage tightly to prevent it from moving around the van.

Tried calling the 0800 6 times. No response. Finally got through to main number 12 minutes later. Told a 10-15 minute wait. Raced of to toilet and back again at stop well within the 10-15 min window. No van. Called again after 20 minutes. Another 10-15 minute wait. Finally pick up 45 minutes after my first attempted call. And if they did turn up within the time frame, why didn't they try communicating to ask where I was. I had already called to say that I was at the domestic pick up point. Like I always do. Sorry not good enough. Will rethink where I park next time. They have just lost a regular customer.

Amazing experience, significantly cheaper than any other option for Auckland Airport parking, leaving your car is easy and so is getting driven to the airport and back.
