Stumbled upon this place whilst hunting down the coffee cart next door. Amazing selection of sour dough breads and bagels. Delicious hot cross buns. Need to return to try more of their selection

My favourite bread in the region: my day-to-day bread is the fitness loaf, but everything they have is good :)They have one bread that’s gluten free, which does have cross contamination so not appropriate for people with celiac.

Best sourdough I’ve had in NZ. Got some on the way out of Queenstown for our road trip, it was late and there was really only the walnut loaf left and I skeptical - but it was so good, I wished I had more - it was delicious. Bought 2 loaves to take back with me to Auckland.Friendly and helpful staff too!

We were staying in Wanaka recently and tried the European bakery Fitness Loaf and absolutely loved it!So much so we purchased several to take back to chch with us. Its the best bread weve tasted sicne the Mckenzie multigrain loaf went off the supermarket shelves in chch for some obscure reason a few months ago.I hope we can buy this loaf somewhere in chch ? For someone who lives in Central Europe, the bread and also the sweets did not convince me. Also the fact that late in the morning almost nothing is available is annoying.
