I emailed and phoned to arrange an appointment for our team to have their health examined. The person I spoke with over the phone gave me a date and a time for the appointments.I followed up with an email to which I received no response or confirmation. I phoned multiple times over the course of a week and could not get a response until I finally spoke with the owner who told me that no appointment was made and that I should look to book elsewhere.Very disappointed in the lack of communication and customer understanding. I hope they take the time to review their customer pathway as we won't me using their services until they do.
