I've had the displeasure of having to go into this store several times and never once have I been acknowledged with a courteous greeting. It usually takes between 15 and 30 minutes to be approached and that's when there is no other customers in the shop. I find the staff are generally rude, discourteous, and not in any way helpful.

The clerk isn't professional.I want to change the cheap plan and tell me that it will change automatically next month. If there isn't change, I can tell them at the store. The result is not changed next month.After I went to the store, They told me that I was too slow to tell them. that I could not change it.So I asked if I want to stop using it, the clerk told me ,it is you are paying first. If you don’t pay, it will stop automatically.As a result, after I return to my Country, I have to pay a lot of money and pay money to the commercial collector .In the process, I called Spark to find out if spark has entrusted the company to collect debts from me.They told me that there was a commission for this company.Spark has approved my personal information, but when I asked about my cost details, they told me they couldn't tell me because they had already commissioned this company. I feel that Spark is a fraud company and I'm very angry.

VERY SAD VISIT. APPARENTLY MANAGER SAID THAT HE ALLOWED PRINT OUT FOR OUR GROUP PLAN FOR 4 OF US ONLY TODAY FOR OUR BILL SO THAT WE CAN WORK OUT HOW MUCH WE OWING SPARK SO WE CAN PAY BILL INDIVIDUALLY. SPARK WORKERS WON'T EVEN HELP US WORK OUR BILL OUT BUT IN THE PAST THEY WAS FINE WITH HELPING US OUT WITH SPARK BILL. NOW THEY WON'T HELP US TO WORK OUT HOW MUCH INDIVIDUALLY WE OWE SPARK. VERY SAD DAY YET I'M LOYAL TO SPARK. DRAMA AFTER DRAMA. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
