Got a problem with a watch purchase from Hornby Spark. Took about 6 months to sort it out with all 4 different spark staffs involved. Finally a Chinese Lady called Amy helped me out. Thanks a lot for her help. Good service, good communication and will go back to her again.

Customer service is only available when there is something in it for them as I was told today when I asked for advice on transferring to a new phone. I was told there was nothing in it for them" because a) I wasn't buying a phone... my Samsung I had was from them

Awful service, rude and dismissive. Went in with a fault that had been notified to Spark but the Hornby store weren't interested in helping. Went to Riccarton store who were fantastic.

Today my friend and I went to Spark Hornby store with questions re our phones.We were helped by Norman.He was very patient and so very helpful. Don't use this place. Staff are absolutely useless. I dealt with about 4 people getting my phone repaired and not one of them was helpful.

I came here to look at purchasing a new iPhone, specifically the 11 pro max. And I must say the customer service I revived from Douglas was brilliant. Super informative, not pushy at all and a genuine nice fella. Made buying my new phone an absolute breeze! I’ve been to other stores before wanting to purchase a phone and the one thing that is a big deal breaker for me being pushed into buying the most expensive thing in there. Cheers Douglas! Super happy with the phone and the service I received. Will be buying my next one from there for sure!
