Their soups used to be very good, but now something changed. Last time I bought chicken soup the smell was disgusting and there was no way I could it that, though best before date was ok. But when I contacted the company, they apologized and suggested a decision and that was very nice.

I have been buying Pitango Soup and Artisan Soups for a while now. So disapointing to see the excessive amount of water now added to your product. I guess the best of your product is now exported. Going back to making homemade.

How about you show the cctv footage for soup filling room? The complaint raised in regards to fungus and soup leftovers under the conveyers from ages? And they did investigation (swabs and all) after 7 days of raising concern and walking out of job. Can you even show the cctv footage from the day concerns were raised and the day investigation outcome of negative were submitted showing the checks were done even?Should be ashamed of selling such unhygienic products just to fill your pockets with money.Instead they kept on producing and didn’t even care for fungus instead started threatening staff

We had the Pumpkin soup and was thin and tasteless to the consistency of dishwater. Very unprofessional and disappointing effort.

My wife and I bought 2 different varieties of the soup as she wasn't feeling well. Both varieties had succulent" chicken but in reality it was shredded chicken to the point that it was only string fibres and there was no taste or texture it could have been anything. Next was the vegetables they were cooked to mush and appeared to be only small amounts of corn

Flavorless chicken and corn soup, chicken was extremely stringy,not seasoned at all,just thicken water with some nice corn. even after adding salt and pepper my wife and I threw it out.Nothing like the Good Taste company soups.

Their soups used to be a lot nicer. I have noticed a huge change in the quality of their products. The pumpkin and ginger soup is now watery and can barely taste the ginger, bordering on being unpleasant to eat. The free range chicken and noodle soup is super watery, almost undetectable chicken in it and not very tasty. I will no longer be buying their products - costs have clearly been cut in production by adding large amounts of water.

I've been buying the pumpkin and ginger soup regularly and suddenly the quality has gone way down. It's watered down, tasteless and, I suspect, carrots are being used instead of pumpkin. Very disappointed and now looking for an alternative.Update: My review in Apr 23 was for the Aussie product. The recipe has since changed & it's ok again. I stand by my review at the time though. Customers shouldn't be treated with disrespect.

Please don't call your soup Chowder" unless there are identifiable pieces of fish and/or seafood. Smoky fish chowder is neither smoky nor a chowder
