Reiki Energy Healer Auckland & North Shore - Heal with Sophia
I have noticed the positive internal shifts following healing sessions with Sophia, and her gentle and intuitive approach really works well for my sensitive nervous system. I have also completed her Reiki Level 1 - Homecoming - training, and can't recommend it enough for others interested in learning about and practising Reiki. She holds a beautiful, safe, and containing space and her heart is in every carefully felt out detail of the course.

If you are thinking about booking with Sophia, then do yourself a favour and do it! She is incredibly gifted. I recently had my first ever energy healing with her and I can genuinely feel the difference within my body, I feel a lightness and a connectedness that I haven't felt maybe ever! Everything she spoke about after doing the healing was so spot on as well, she touched on things that I hadn't even mentioned to her and she gave me some insight that I needed to hear to move forward with my life. I cant recommend her enough & I will absolutely be back - thank you Sophia xx

I trained in Reiki level 1 with Sophia. The workshop was absolutely life changing and I am incredibly honoured to have learned from Sophia. She is warm, open, respectful and receptive. Sophia creates a safe and comfortable environment which is not only aesthetically pleasing but also filled with the intention of healing and growth. I would highly recommend booking a session with her as she is gifted and genuine. I will be returning to complete my level 2 with her as well.

Today I had my first ever Reiki healing session and I am so blessed that it was with Sophia. I have never experienced something so beautiful. She has created such a peaceful healing space, both in the room and with her presence. Before I went to see Sophia I had so much tension I often found myself lashing out. I left today feeling lighter than I have in the longest time and more connected to myself than I have ever been. She has given me valuable messages that I will hold dearly. I absolutely recommend Sophia and her incredible healing techniques.

I am so grateful to have received my Reiki level one certification through Sophia. Not only did she cover the history of Reiki, how it works, and how to practice it; she also gifted us with a beautiful sound healing experience, a gentle Yin Reiki yoga class and the opportunity to come together and be held in sacred sisterhood. It was an incredibly healing and transformational weekend that I will remember forever. Thank you, Sophia. You are a gift.

I am so so happy that I chose to do my Reiki Level 1 training with Sophia. It was such a magical and expansive weekend that I will forever treasure. Not only did I gain a deeper connection to myself and the universe, but I also connected with a bunch of beautiful ladies who did the training with me. Sophia created such a warm, safe and supportive environment for us to connect, learn, and grow. It truly was a homecoming for my soul. I will definitely be doing my next Reiki training with Sophia!

I walked into my healing session with Sophia, with my adrenals at such a high, I came out so super relaxed and feeling amazing. She has such a lovely energy about her that I felt as soon as she opened the door and welcomed me into her beautiful space. During the session I felt a relaxation that I don't think I have felt before and I walked away with some helpful tips and a knowing going forward what I need to do.
