HSH CLEANING SERVICES

I had the worst experience I've ever had with a cleaning company with HSH cleaning. I booked an exit clean for the morning of my last day of tenancy and paid in advance. The house wasn't in terrible condition, was not overly dirty and had been regularly cleaned throughout the year (apart from one bathroom which was a bit dirtier than the others). The cleaners showed up two and a half hours late, weren't wearing shoes, gloves or masks and did an absolutely terrible job. I got in contact with their boss who advised I needed to hang around while they cleaned to supervise them. They were augmentative and I spent my whole morning trying to get them to fix the job they had done. The cleaners refused to try to fix the job even after me showing them that the grime did come off if you just scrubbed it a bit. One of the guys even walked a dirty dripping toilet brush from the ground floor to the third floor over the carpet and then left it in a puddle on the floor. Then when they were apparently finished and kept trying to leave they visibly hadn't done even a quarter of the job they were meant to. I went through the house with them three times trying to get them to redo things. I have attached photos below of how they left the job. Keep in mind, these photos are taken after three cleaning attempts. The boss then said he'd come out to do it himself which was fine but I wasn't able to let him in when he wanted to come as I had to leave the house for a couple of hours. I then advised he could go later in the afternoon, and then he said he wasn't going to come back to fix it as he was going out to dinner with his family but I could give his contact details to my landlord (in my eyes it was not my landlords responsibility to get it recleaned). He then finally agreed to come back to fix the house later that night after I asked for a 50% refund if he wasn't going to come fix it the same day. I had to go back to the house three times, the last time being at 9.00pm to check they had done an ok job. The business owner was rude, dismissive and condescending. He wouldn't acknowledge me in person, wouldn't look at me and continuously interrupted me and only directed comments to my male partner who had nothing to do with the clean. He didn't apologise once for the terrible job his employees did, the inconvenience of having to go backwards and forwards or for me having to stay to manage a service that I had paid for to specifically avoid needing to be at the house all day. I have never been more horrified and disappointed in a service that I paid hundreds of dollars for. At the end of all this he then asked for more money after he had originally made a mistake on the quote and had previously sent me a text advising as it was his mistake I wouldn't need to pay extra. Overall, a disgusting company that I would never recommend or hire again even if they paid me.

The overall cleaning quality of the apartment was fantastic, as per description, they did clean as agreed and was extremely well done. No issues, didn't have to call back, and bond was fully returned after my final flat inspection.One area for improvement is responsiveness, took a long time to even get a hold of them to arrange a time to do the cleaning.

we hired them for our rental property. I know how dirty was the house before but after they cleaned, it looks great , they were bit pricey but worth it. will use their service again :)
