Paper Plus Rotorua Central

CAREFUL !!!Would give less stars if I could. I purchased 5 stamps and 4 postcards here with a total of around 20$ but was charged over 200$ from my credit card! I noticed the display with the final amount was turned in a weird angle so I couldn’t see it. Potentially one of the employees took advantage of me not insisting to see the final amount to be charged from my credit card. Please all learn from my mistake. I still didn’t get any money refunded! Really disappointed- so much money wasted!

Post shop review:Condescending customer service - 5 stars!Poor attitude with mistakes which cost me more time but when I asked her a question to save us both more time (as the queue was building up) she yelled at me! Answering that question (without being a d***) would've made things a whole lot easier but no. I joined the end of the line thrice - completely avoidable and inefficient.That little old lady needs an attitude adjustment. Also, management might want to keep a close eye on her in future, to rescue a situation when something like that happens again, to another person who doesn't deserve it. Honestly, it wasn't just me, when 3 other customers roll their eyes and shake their heads.Malfroy Rd is a much better option tbh.

Not the best experience dealing with this store on refunds. Brought an item and soon realised that it was not fit for purpose. Rang store and explained the situation and was told by the owner that I could have a refund. When taking the item back I was given a gift card as a refund. This gift card can only be used at a Paper Plus store and has quite a few conditions attached to it. You cannot purchase stamps, postage items, lotto, pay bills etc. When I stated it was not acceptable and I should have my money back to spend where and when I liked, was met with aggressive behavior not befitting a sales person. This sales person escalated the problem that should not have been a problem.along with condition that it cant be used for stamps, postage items, lottocould have a refund. When taking the item back that I paid for it using a visa credit card but was handed a gift card which could only be spent at paper plus. This along with condition that it cant be used for stamps, postage items, lotto

We were there today grabbing a few things this old lady who was a staff member pushed my little brother away with quite some force she didn’t even say sorry when I tried confronting her she started to yell at me and kept on murmuring should have stayed away (felt like she was being raciest to us ) and she claimed my brother kept on jumping and was not well behaved. Mean while my little brother was just standing there. We will certainly never be going backDate 5/2/2023

I came in on Monday (close to closing may I add) and I was blown away by the awesome service at the post office counter. They are a very knowledgeable team!This isn't my usual post office but I'll be back in the future.The person serving me told me that I shouldn't send my parcel how it was wrapped. At first I was shocked as I was pretty pleased with how it was wrapped. But she explained her reasoning and suggested what I should do - and her idea was great! And only cost a dollar more than what I wanted to do!They even allowed me to use their roll of tape to seal my parcel (my usual post office would make me buy it!!!)So thank you!

Such a great variety of books, magazines, gift cards, kids activities, models, kiwiana, lotto, mailing & Kiwi Bank services. Most of the staff are really friendly and helpful
