Got scooter off them had take it to another shop to get its stop issue sorted had lots issues the scooter and lack of commacation from arrow kerry replaced my 2 frout tyres 2 mouths ago said last ages one poped friday and go take in other shop and told other frout one is bout pop to and needs replacinh kerry was trying charge me full price this why refusing go him as both frout tyres are worn not puncher (photo is frout left tyre at 2 mouths old)

The team at Arrow are incredibly helpful. They supply and help maintain a mobility scooter for my mother. She needs it to help her maintain her independence and they are quick and professional when it comes to servicing it. I am based in Australia and they make the process painless. Been dealing with arrow electrics now for 11 years. They are always my go to team for any auto sparky needs no job has ever been to small or big. Kerry's always easy to talk to over the phone for any query and always helpful is knowledge is outstanding. Would reccomend to all.

I bought a mobility scooter there 3 years ago, it was the biggest mistake of my life. Not only would he not repair a faulty scooter that was under warranty, I also got charged like a wounded bull for any work done. Service was terrible and the scooter wouldn't be returned until any outstanding amounts owing were paid in full, this is despite knowing me for over 15 years and having had several thousand dollars worth of business from me which was all paid in full.I would definately NOT recommend this as a good professional business to do business with, in my opinion the quality of work was poor, the prices were also in my opinion over inflated with no after sales service.No way will I be going there again and dealing with them!!!

I approached Kerry in regards to providing me with a replacement scooter which my insurance paid $5990 for what he said apparently was brand new and the best you could get on par with the Vita range of scooters, however, the scooter was what I thought worth only $1500 and a China replica make model.Kerry being so nice I didn't want to part ways on bad terms so didn't complain. The booklet provided with the scooter says warranty n/a which I assume is (not applicable), when I rang and wrote to Kerry I got no reply so gave up. I've had the scooter 4 months and it goes well but I am careful not to cause any breakages to it as I fear that it has no warranty. After hearing from various past clients and even Kerry's friend about how much of a rogue he is I don't think I will be doing business with him again. Like the old saying goes, you look after your customers and your business will prosper.
