The state of my order was shown ready 1 minute before the shop closes, is this on purpose? If it was shown 15 minutes before closing I could have got my stuff 1 day earlier, wonderful service, not caring anything about customers

I went there to send a package. Staff told me not able to find it at system. He wants me double check where I got address from. After I left shop I check at nz post website pos code finder. Address is there. There is no way an address I can find at google but not show at your system. I went to the nz post Takapuna right away, they able to find the address with no time. I appreciate your business here to help neighborhood but please try be more helpful.

Parcel ready to collect at site but only one India man service everything, waiting for nearly 30mins to grab parcel. That man even not asking for tracking number just ask name on parcel. NOT sure then they just let you call customer service and say parcel not here, and always say NOT my problem, NOT my problem. business in that shop is EXTREMELY POOR. Hopefully that shop shut down ASAP .I will never use this branch at all.

Horrendous customer service. These Indian workers are clearly uneducated. Below human basics. Wasted heaps of time, unwelcoming grumpy bad-tempered attitude, made everything complicated. If they aren't happy with the job, simply quit, sell the business to someone else. NEVER GO TO THIS POSTSHOP !!I now always go to Wairau, Birkenhead or Glenfield, even though further, I'm way more happy as customer! Why do all third world Indian workers behave manners so freaking ... yuck!!?

Really friendly and helpful owner and staff. Have been in multiple times over the past few months and they always go out of their way to help track missing parcels and great to be told least expensive way to send items.
