The order ended up tossed against a neighbor's door on the opposite side of the house so it was a wonder I ever got what I ordered.(There are seven units here, just picking one at random is not on at all. Leaving a notice to pickup would have been professional, as would a simple text message or phone call, but even in the mailbox would have a better chance of getting to me) Horrible delivery aside, the product was correct, was dispatched quickly, and seems well made. I hesitate to buy anything more from Rubber Monkey though as I can't be sure of delivery.

The Konus Spotting Scope for the price is very good as I only require it for indoor 25 yards target shooting, and it makes the tiny little centre ring and 0ne millamentre dot clear to see, very prompt delivery. packaged well, pleased with the purchase. Cheers Rob

Excellent excellent and excellent again. The team at Rubber Monkey are so consistently amazing. The website experience is good, they will price match if they are able, if you order early enough you can get your order dispatched on the same day and despite me being rural delivery I often receive my stuff the next day. If you go into their offices for pick up they work out of a fantastic space and are only to happy to help. I love Rubber Monkey and it’s awesome having them in Wellington as well.

I went to the Khyber Pass Store (recommended at Sony Sylvia Park) and bought a Tascam audio recorder after an excellent explanation of the details. It arrived in less than 24 hours from Wellington for pick up! Outstanding professional service, with tech accounting systems way above most other primates in the Jungle!!
