Waited in the costumer service line for over 15 min, than was told to get my exchange item. When returned to the costumer service line 3 people were in front of me in line and had to wait another 20. Was going to buy groceries there after I exchanged my items but was not worth it, went to Zehrs and 100% better customer service and better quality food.

This is a wonderfully planned and executed tour! Phil met us at the pier and handled all transportation, tastings, and lunch. As well as being knowledgeable with wine, he gave local color to Auckland and Waiheke Island. Highly recommend! Cheers!

My husband organised a surprise tour with Phil for our wedding anniversary. We had an incredible day!! Phil was an outstanding guide. He was informative and knowledgeable regarding the wine we tasted. We met lovely owners of the vineyards. Tony and Sue at Soljans winery gave us a personalised experience and gave the history of their family owned and operated business now heading into 5 generations. Lunch was delicious and we scooped 12 bottles of wine later and some great bargains. We will definitely do a tour again with Phil. We now have some ideas of where we might renew our vows next year :)

We were a party of 4 looking for a wine tour in Auckland. Phil was the ultimate host. Very responsive in communication and able to tailor the tour to our specific requirements. Great wineries and food throughout the tour. Definitely recommend using HIL if you’re in Auckland and want a great experience.
