The vets and nurses here never cease to amaze me. They are the most heartfelt and compassionate vets I’ve ever met. They listen to all of your concerns and never brush you off. They’re fantastic to call if you need some advice and they will always try and squeeze you in. I will always bring my animals here.

Linda is fantastic with Bearded Dragons and other animals! Highly recommend.It can be hard to book online as you don't know who you're booking with and it gets declined without explanation. Calling and making an appointment is easy however.

On the 20th of December, 2022. We were told that our turtle was really sick. It could probably only last for another day or two. It need to be put down. We were told to pay $160 for euthanasia the turtle (on top of charged vet consultation and X-rays $240) we took the turtle home. As It over my budget. The team rang me the next day said they could do it for free. I felt that I had been pushed to put him down after I canceled the appointment for the euthanasia. After I told the staff My turtle stared moving more. However she still questioned me as my turtle didn’t eat for more than 10 days and we should put the turtle first at this stage as he was really sick. After take care of it myself at home. My turtle stared swimming around and even fought food with my other turtle. I’m glad that I made the right decision and saved his life

Katie, the Practice Manager mucked up my booking for the cattery. Told me she's not prepared to do anything about it other than charge me more for additional days. Katie said they only provide good service to their regular customers and as I was new I couldn't expect to be treated well! They cost double what other catteries charge and they are rude. If they treat people that way I'd hate to think what they are doing to the animals. Run very fast from this place....

The shop is really expensive and ran out of some products. However, stuff is really helpful and ready to guide you through products and prices.

My 7mo kitten got a cat bite on her flank and was treated here as my usual vet was closed on Sunday. Staff were very gentle and answered all our questions with heaps of information. Managed to get an appointment the same day I called and the bite healed up nicely with the meds provided. The vet helped put us at ease and for our kitties first vet visit due to a wound, it was as good as it could be.

We took our axolotl to get a bump checked on her head about a month ago. The vet drained what turned out to be an abscess and prescribed some antibiotics. They were awesome and got the job done! I only take off a star because the waiting area was very open, as the practice is quite small. Obviously the staff can't control that, but sitting there for almost two hours was a bit stressful. Would definitely recommend this place for axolotl treatment, as it's one of few in the region that takes them. Our little girl is all better now thanks to the lovely staff. :)
