Got the 1 month reminder to book a service, rang and was told just bring it in. We did and explained we live 90kms away and had limited time in the city. Went back 3 hours later but it was not started and right where the lady put it, they said they were about to start it. Brought it home so I guess the warranty is void now. Not happy.

Well stocked with helpful friendly staff. If they don't have what you want then it's no problem for them to order it in. Good showroom with lots to offer. Can negotiate prices in some cases.
