Spark Business Hub Auckland West

Just had the worst service with this Waitakere business hub. They are time wasters and the representative also has the courage to tell you that they have 11+ years of service doing this and they take pride in putting this on an email. Perhaps this hub should add a tagline #worstserviceprovider and should include a message on their phone service simply telling customers we are here to waste your time.They show no care nor admit their mistakes and they lack product knowledge and yet call them experts. The best advise to all is stay away from this hub as you waste so many hours dealing with them and they just don't care

I went to the office and spoke to people who are taking care of my change of ownership application since I realised the application i emailed for a month not being received. And,Spark contact centre referred me to another person with giving me the wrong plan due to the fact that I want to keep the same number from the previous owner. I thought that my present would help solving the problem. However, I got overcharged bill. Trying to text and call many times but no response.

Positive experience; a Telco that does offer a true consultative experience for a wide range of business technology requirements.I was really impressed by the staffs willingness and knowledge to produce a positive result for our business.

WORST TELECOM Company ever, Seriously Please avoid this company. I have been with them for more then 2 years and so many issues. There customer service is appalling. I had all my business landline and mobiles on a single invoice with them to make my life easier but it was a disaster. There were so many mistakes on the bill, so many overcharges and mistakes. When I realized I have been charged for a Mobile number on my bill 24/09/2016 and was terminated on the 02/08/2017 after I called them. When asked for a refund they refused. After contacting the Head of Key Accounts Business Hub Waitakere, Spark Business they offered 50% refund saying it is a customer's responsibility to check their statement each month and let us know of possible mistakes in good time" Because they owe me money

Just had the worst service if ever had with Waitakere business hub. You should include a message on your phone service simply telling customers to piss off & save having to pay employees to do it.

Stay away from this hub. They take ages to resolve issue. No one knows whats happening with in thier own department.

Very professional, and excellent customer service.

Very unhappy with the service! The phones barely ever get answered, no one gets back to me on queries. Been more than 2 weeks and we are exactly where we started with Nothing resolved. It is ALWAYS a struggle working with Spark Waitakere
