Used the print services and their customer support was great. They were all super helpful and very knowledgeable which sets this store aside for others.Great service and will return for further needsThis was 2 days before Christmas and they totally kept their cool.Awesome team thxMy experience was nothing like the negative nellies below. Aare helped me and was awesome.

The customer service was the worst I've ever seen got made to feel like asking them to print something was an extra service and not apart of the services they provide as someone with major anxiety issues in life this store has put my anxiety through the roof and all fo a service you supposedly provide ,

Poor customer service. The lady from printing apartment hung me up while I tried to explain to her what happened to the products.Will NEVER come here again.

I normally don’t like doing this but I’ve had two bad experiences with this lady now. Her name is Sandra and despite me insisting she type my name properly she said it doesn’t matter when it does to me? Was dismissive of me, told her I wanted a poster print but tried to get me to print it in a photo. While I waited I sent my print to their email and she still made me wait while she served the lady behind me because my email hadn’t gotten to their system yet despite me already waiting 10mins for my turn so had to wait another 10.

Avoid this place for your passport photo prints. Very unprofessional attitude and rude behaviour from a young man at the print section on Friday 23rd Dec 22, 4:30pm. Gave silly excuses for not able to print the digital photos of kids taken by a professional photographer. Needed to know for which application, country etc. Rather I would advise, to go to Image pro at WestCity mall which gave an excellent service without any questions asked. I sincerely don’t know why does Warehouse stationary always feels like this always and the last option to go at all times? Never ever trying to go again.

5 Star to Tyler for excellent customer service. Looks like the workplace is understaff but Tyler works under the pressure but can still manage to serve gracefully and takes extra request gladly. To others staff in the printing. 1 star, I agree with those rude services staff. They should thank thier lucky stars that i wasn't there when they served my sister. My siblings also only looking forward to see Tyler to serve them if in case of need of any print service.

Once again, walked out of the store shocked by the unbelievable behavior of the rude lady Sandy at the print area. I've been in for printing multiple times over the last 2 months and this is the 3rd or 4th time I've had to deal with her unpleasant attitude.Previously, she's sighed and made anything I've asked seem like a hard task but today was the end of it for me. I asked for double sided colored prints and she handed me a stack of black and white, single sided prints then charged me for all the paper used. Because she's so awful to engage with, I went to the other staff member straight after and told him that she had made a mistake and asked if he could help me. Instead of appologising for HER error, she then stood there only meters away from me, talking about me and telling him I was wrong. She's so busy being rude and snappy at the till that she does not listen properly then has the cheek to speak badly about customers INFRONT of them.Every other staff member I've dealt with over the years have been lovely and helpful. I've just read other reviews and multiple people have written about her behavior yet she's still there serving people ' wake up management - your customers deserve better. I'm certainly no longer one of them.

Should have read all the reviews beforehand. Loaded my print card only to find out that the printers out of service. That’s the money lost because I very rarely have to go there to print. Like once in 2 years maybe. Would have appreciated if they bothered to tell me that the printers aren’t working while they were loading up my card. Also got 2 copy of passport photo for $25 I need 4 copies so went to Kodak in Lynmall they do 6 copies for $25. Warehouse Stationary is waste of money and more importantly waste of time. Also every thing here takes way way longer for any task comparatively.

Generally never too busy. Bit hard to find floor staff sometimes but otherwise no real complaints.

I was really impressed with the customer service of the young man I dealt with. Was very helpful, offered to staple my documents for me, and made sure I was happy. I will definitely return again
