Kiwicad Architectural Design

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR PLANS.See other similar reviews. We don’t usually post bad reviews but consider this a public service announcement. We have lost 6 months of time due to his various lies, excuses, general delay tactics. Plan was due to start February 2022. We followed up every month to a litany of excuses, which were all lies. Could not provide any proof of work despite saying it was underway for the last 5 months. We terminated services and demanded deposit back, and luckily were refunded after numerous requests, in June 2022. 1 star is too much!

We would NOT recommend Kiwicad to anyone who wants a stress-free build, He didn’t stick to time frames or our contract and put the build behind 3 months costing a lot of money. Our builders spent a lot of time and money making the plans work as there was very little detail on the plans. One-man band who has trouble with the truth. One star is to kind
