Inspire Health Medical Practice

I am the first one to admit that I am a difficult patient, I have many difficult diagnoses and I’ve been treated poorly by many doctors & put in the too hard basket. That is, until I came to Inspire Health & started seeing Vicky Chaplin. She is the most incredible, understanding, talented & helpful doctor I have ever been to. She treats me like an actual person rather than a pile of diagnoses, and she actually cares. She wants to help everyone, and does everything in her power to get you the help you deserve. My fiancé and I have recommended countless people to Vicky, and all these people sing her praises to us. She managed to diagnose several issues I’ve had that have gone mistreated or missed in general, and even with my severe anxiety I can go to her with anything. I am grateful to have finally found a doctor who is a fantastic person as well as a fantastic diagnostician. Thank you, Vicky. Our family will continue to see Vicky for as long as she will have us.

I hope they accept new enrolment especially for families who lives in the subdivision where the practice is located. It's unfortunate cause I heard that they are great and it's hard to find good GP practice around.

Called the office and hoping to reach out. A lady who answered without any formal greeting stating the name of practise and hung up after she could not hear me.I left a voice message and Monica called back, in the first 15 seconds, she was talking to someone else in the background in loud Cantonese and presented a rather arragant manner- opposite to Dr.Eugene and his wife are. Shame this is such a profound clinic built by multiple kind hearted Christian Malaysian Doctors but with rather disappointing quality and questionable professionalism presented by the receptionists.Sorry to inform but I do not feel comfortable or safe having my personal medical records with one of a particular receptionists. For some reason I do not with to disclose here.Mr. Baxter asked me if I were the one who left this review, without asking me what happened from my side, I asked if there is a problem. He said literally you made her sound really nasty". I stated the truth. I asked if he would like to check the phone recording he said there was none. Mr. Baxter said this is the first time- well you made me sound like I am nasty and made a lie.I am sorry for stepping into a rather awkward management team experiencing something you don not normally have at professional medical centres."

My family and I have had nothing but positive experiences since joining inspire health. It is so refreshing and nice to have a doctor that listens and investigates symptoms, instead of brushing them off. Doctor Vicky Chaplin, listens and takes symptoms into account all. Her knowledge and compassion makes her an incredible doctor.Our nurse Caitlyn, is also incredibly friendly and helpful. My toddler has always been comfortable and calm when going through injections, thanks to the help of Caitlyn! I could not fault her at all!

Came here for assistance in what was a rather scary time following an adverse reaction to the Pfizer covid19 vaccination 2-3 days prior. I had to come in on 2 x separate occasions for multiple tests. Whilst there, I felt very safe in the exceptionally professional and caring hands of Caitlin (one of the nurses at Inspire Yaldhurst). She has a very sincere and authentic personality and I could not recommend or speak of her more highly.

Had seen Dr Timothy Wong for medical advice. He is super friendly, informative and professionalism in answering all the medical concerns I have had. Mitchell, the Phamarcy Manager next to the clinic is friendly too.

Dr Chaplin is the best most understanding, professional relatable GP I have had the privilege to be a patient of. She is consistent, knowledgeable and really does thorough examinations, she really listens and demonstrates a holistic approach.

Finally, a well designed medical center in yaldhurst. Dr Sia is an extremely patient and kind doctor, will not recommend anyone else if you are in Christchurch. Thank you Dr Sia

The best GP ever in New Zealand!!!I went to see the nurse Kare today for my first visit ( pardon me if I spell wrong) and she is the most amazing nurse I have ever seen before! She is so gentle, detailed, patient and has a great sense of humor. She asked all the questions and explained all the information that I need to know before giving me the MMR vaccination and cervical smear examination. Also she is super respectful and listening to my feedback. I feel very comfortable communicating with her. Dr Timothy Wong is very friendly with my daughter which makes her feel less nervous about seeing a doctor:) All the receptionists are very respectful and helpful. My partner and I just signed up with Inspire health and we love love love the care we have received from Nurse Caitlin and Dr. Vicky.We have not had great experiences in the past with other practices which has left us very anxious before appointments. At our first appointment we spent a good 15 minutes with Nurse Caitlin who received us with a smile (under her mask of course). She was professional, thorough and understanding. She took the time to get to know us and we loved that we had time to show her photos of our daughters.... the cats.Dr. Vicky is very savvy with her treatment and solutions focused. She is very knowledgeable about mental health issues and various medications and treatments. We both felt well supported and had a say in our treatment plan. LGBT* friendly doctor who used my correct name and pronouns. It is nice to know that Dr Vicky is in for the long haul and proudly introduced herself as our doctor for the next 20 years.Both Caitlin and Dr. Vicky were quick to put us at ease in a light hearted manner and lots of humor. We are very thankful that we are not just a number. Now for once I look forward to my next appointment to catch up with these two incredible ladies.
