Hairy Maclary and Friends Sculptures on the waterfront. The sculptures are a favourite with the young ones, as many sit on or next to the statues to take photos with them. The sculptures are behind a fence, with a sign next to it. You won't miss from the water side if walking by

Right in the heart of the CBD, a lovely spot for families at the water’s edge. The sculptures depicting characters from the iconic Hairy McLary books are worth a visit on their own, while the play areas will keep the kids amused foreva…..especially in Summer. Best of all it costs nothing. That is unless you buy lunch and why not with Bobby’s just at the end of the promenade. Best fish n chips in town!

Really appreciate the waterfront, family friendly, steps down to the estuary to dip your feet. Hairy Maclary dog, water feature, and playground. Nice to go there after dinner at the nearby restaurants.
