Furry friends pet store

Good: you can see cats & kittens. vs. Bad: 1. No ventilation. Stuffy and smelly. Need an air conditioner. 2. Slippery floor, not very safe for kids, 3. Sharp cat nails (need to be trimmed?) 4. Maybe expensive compare to satisfaction level?

I was really exicted to go to this cat cafe as I had never been to one before, but had seen what they were about. As soon as I walked in the door I smelt a very strong aroma of cat urine. After paying for the drinks we got we inside. There were some really cute cats, hoping on to your lap and quite playful (some were a bit more shy then others though). But the smell of cat urine was so overpowering that after a while we just couldnt cope with the smell anymore. Another thing we noticed about the cats were that a few of the cats looked sick, having weary eyes and and just overall not looking in the best health. It is a really cool idea to run a cat cafe and I wish them the best for the future.

Had a great time with the cats and kittens. Loved the cat cafe setting. All the cats seemed really happy and loved the treats. Staff were really friendly too :)

Lovely experience this afternoon with my daughter, we visited for the first time & the girl running the place was super sweet!I see people complaining on reviews of the hygiene/smell but we had no problems whatsoever. Plus see people seem to think the entry free is a big problem when in reality its a very reasonable price to pay to spend such fun with the fury friends.Lovely business & can't wait to return!

I've been coming here every week or so since they've been open and every time is better than the last! The cats are very friendly and playful :)The kittens are always adorable!Entrance fee into the cat cafe is free as long as you buy a drink or a snack, so it is very much worth it if you're a cat lover.However, there was a group that came in one day with their kids who accidentally let a cat out of the cat cafe. Luckily the manager was able to catch the cat in time. What I saw was a very angry lady shouting at the poor manager of this pet store who was concerned about the cat escaping. The staff here are very careful and responsible with the cats. I believe the group in question left some very rude and undeserved one star reviews here. What was said in those bad reviews are blatantly false. (I was there.) The coffee is good and the food is decent considering they don't have a proper kitchen. This isn't a 5 star restaurant it's a cat cafe located in a small pet store lol.If you're looking for a genuine review, the group that left review bombs are not the ones to look at. This place is absolutely kid friendly. From what I have seen, kids are better with cats than their parents are. Moreover the staff members are very sweet! Just make sure to watch your kids because it's very important to make sure they don't let any cats out of the shop!

My favourite place in the world! This little cafe is a great place to go and relax with some really friendly cats! The drinks are so yummy as well (but be careful because the little kittens think they're tasty too and may try to get a lick of the cream)The owners are very kind and I love having a chat with them whenever me and my partner visit. They always make us feel very welcome and they have clear love for these cats!Highly recommend!! a hidden gem :)

We’ve been before and really enjoyed our visit but this time three of the cats were visibly sick. There was urine on the floor. Definitely did not feel like an environment to consume food or drinks in. And they’re now charging an entry fee as well as the very expensive drinks. This will be our last visit.

Great place to enjoy for kids with the cheeky cats. Entry fee is a little cheaper compared to other cat cafes. Recommended for cat lovers!!!
