So disgusted. Poor service and communication. Total unwillingness to help. Rude. Provided inaccurate/incorrect information. Waste of money. I took my daughter for a passport photo, I was uncertain of the requirements so specifically asked if I could return for a print out if needed and was told that I could. So, I paid the $25 for an electronic copy. Thecountry that we are applying to then unfortunately asked for a printed photo. I asked via e-mail for this, with poor response. My husband then went to the kiosk to explain, thinking my request must have been misunderstood. He was met with such rudeness and unhelpful manner that we went elsewhere, paid AGAIN, but at least got the job done without further drama.

Due to my innate clumsiness i have had my phone screen replaced twice in the past month! Both repairs were done in a timely fashion (my phone is a OnePlus and therefore the parts were ordered from Asia, they informed me on a potential delay due to Chinese new year which I appreciated.) The repairs were done for a fair price, the staff were both helpful and cheeky about my mishaps (in a fun way.) They also threw in a free tempered glass screen protector on the second repair and fixed a faulty button on my phone without being asked or charging me. Very happy with the service.

Don’t come to this place. Terrible service and attitude from young staff with glasses, the way he focus on his phone chat instead of his job looks like people work here doesn’t care about if this place can make any profit. Bad quality screen protection.

Went to get an LCD screen replaced on iPhone 11 by E-gifts. First time the screen was replaced with a faulty LCD and therefor needed to be replaced again, a week later the new LCD would not work and I was left with a completely black screen and E-gifts refused to replace it due to a microscopic scratch on the screen therefor I have been left $500 out of pocket and again with a broken phone.Update - I ended up taking my phone to another shop where they replaced the screen for me again ($150 cheaper than e-gifts ) this shop confirmed that the screen e gifts fitted to my phone was faulty so they replaced my screen with faulty one twice now. Again e gifts refuses to compensate me in any way due to the glass having a tiny scratch. I fail to see how a scratch on the glass can effect LCD performance. Terrible customer service, expensive and clearly using poor quality parts.

I got my screen fixed here less than 6 month ago. Their faulty and bad quality products has left my screen with black dots and a shaking screen that i will now have to go else where to fix as they refuse to help. Poor customer service and very rude. This phone had not been dropped, always had a case on it, and is water resistant.update- i took my phone to an apple certified repair store. They informed me it was 100% the faulty screen that had caused the shaking and black dots. These men at E-gift are bullies and incredibly rude- and obviously do not know what they are talking about. Would not recommend getting phone fixed here to anyone

Avoid this place by all means. They have very poor quality of workmanship, customer service does not exist at this place. I had a phone screen protector that was done by these guys, which failed within few days, went back to them and asked them to fix the issue, they tried to blame it on my my phone and wanted to charge me again for replacing it. Had to argue with them before they offered a refund. Went to another place and had a a new screen protector fitted without any issues.

They look after customers. If you have any issues come back to them before giving them one-star review. I had soft screen protection for the s22 ultra, but some air bobble appeared after a day. They were replaced with rugged glass protection.

Overcharged as much as $80 just for removal of a little charging cable tip stuck in the charging slot of my ipad. They didn't even open the device. They just took out the lil broken tip using tweezers. What a rip off. People beware!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
