I didnt find the burgers particularly special compared to my other burger place. The setup was more of a takeaway than a dine in restaurant. The burger was huge, but does lack flavour although it was chargrilled.

Very disappointed. Ordered the Cabbie which cost around $17, received one streak of bacon and 4 small tenders of chicken. Avoid if you can.

We paid $16.00 (not including fries) for their chicken cranberry brie burger. We bought two of them ($32 total). Expensive, but I hoped the burger would be amazing and totally worth it.Boy, were we wrong. Look at the picture! It was very plain, but the highlight of the burger was the overcooked, very dry, tasteless chicken (tasteless because it was over cooked). We bought a shake and asked to have it nice and thick, the staff man said yep, but it just tasted regular.Either way, I would love to enjoy this burger, and their other burgers, but it’s just way to risky to spend $16 and possibly get a burger like this again.

Pretty average - wedges and chips were soggy and had no salt, burger patties were rubbery. Was odd because previous orders had been great.

Very average burger. I had the full monty. Not really worth $20. Asked for the patty to be medium rare but cooked to well done so not enjoyable at all. Also bits of gristle or something in the patties. Patty was put on the grill without gloves. Overall experience disappointing especially with attitude of the staff. Definetly no pride or professionalism in this store. Customer service is everything in any business. One last thing a stanley knife with rusty blade sticking out was left on the counter.

Stopped by near closing time as had just been at the Auckland Hospital all day, they staff were great, the food didn’t take very long and tasted delicious.

Mt Eden Store $18.90 for a cheeseburger is up there! You would expect it to be amazing and most likely rather big at that price. However couldn’t be further away from that or the picture and description on Uber eats. I was delivered a petite burger, one you would order from a kiddies menu. Actually it was the same size as the BurgerFuel kids hamburger and more than double the price!I phoned the store and spoke with the manager who informed me that yes the $18.90 Wisconsin cheeseburger on Uber eats is the petite burger and the added cost of the Uber, if I was to have gone into the store to purchase it would be $12.90 (that is still a steep price for what essentially is a basic hamburger with a slice of cheese). I said to the manager it was disappointing in which he hung up on me. I checked what Uber had charged me in total for the hamburger which was a whopping $25.77. At least the mini bun was fresh and it was real cheese not the processed cheese slice.
