We have used The House Inspector twice now and both times been very happy with the service provided.

They are far more expensive than other inspection companies. The inspector had a poor and some what rude attitude towards us and our home. The reports were poorly worded and we regret employing this service.

I contacted Jason for a building and meth inspection while my S&P agreement had 10 working days to go unconditional. Unfortunately, the meth result did not come in time because of the courier delay and I had to engage another inspector to do another meth test to meet the S&P agreement timeframe in time. Jason took the responsibility and reimbursed me the extra meth test.

Jason has done inspections for me at least 5x times for various reports. His communication is punctual and he’s happy to discuss and explain in detail any issues that arise, would definitely recommend him and use his services in future, he knows his practice well.

I contacted Jason from The House Inspector LTD for a builders report and he was able to complete the inspection and get the report sent through by the next day. I appreciate how quick he was as we have a limited time frame to work in so the sooner you can get this information the better. I found his price to be better than other companies around the Lakes district and the software he uses to complete the report makes it really easy to read as a FHB. He also provides resources such as links to videos that help you read through the report and in the report if there is a job that needs to be done and it can be DIY there is a link to help you with the project. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend The House Inspector LTD
