I have always had great service at OPSM Mt Eden. The pre visit phone call, the welcome on arrival and then the professional and warm service provided by the optometrists. All of this followed up with an extremely patient staff member trying to help find just the right pair of glasses! Amazing.

I've been going to OPSM Mt Eden for years. They are fantastic to deal with and thoroughly professional.I had a minor emergency yesterday and Jan (optometrist) saw me at very short notice to ensure my eye/s were ok.Superb experience always.

Our optometrist Jan Birt at OPSM Mt Eden was extremely patient and professional.The eye test was performed at the highest standard and done with care.Her explanation of the result was succinct and easy to understand.She was by far the best optometrist we've ever come across - can't recommend her enough!Thanks, Jan!

Jan was excellent. Articulate, thorough, and obviously really knows her stuff. Other staff were very friendly too. The technology and the latest tools they use are really fascinating. Never take chances with your eyes - go here instead. Well done!
